Hospice Registered Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide direct patient care services, act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and families, and empower caregivers through education and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and symptom control.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between physicians, patients, and families, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Educate caregivers on patient care and provide emotional support during challenging times.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain).
  • At least one year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • A strong commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
