About the Role

As a Lead Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Bank's compliance with regulations and providing expert advice on complex AML/ATF issues. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert interpretations and advice on AML/ATF matters
  • Continuously evolving the AML/ATF program and risk management through innovative guidance
  • Advising senior management on strategic AML/ATF issues
  • Representing the Bank before regulatory authorities and industry committees
  • Leading governance activities for the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree related to the sector of activity and at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Lawyer preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/ATF, regulatory compliance, or risk management
  • Demonstrated influential leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management
