Filling Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Filling Supervisor to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for coordinating the filling of high-volume IV codes using sophisticated automated equipment.

The RoleThe Filling Supervisor coordinates the activities of team members and machinery to fill the required amount of product at the least cost, consistent with quality standards and specifications. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities in this area.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing operation, strong mechanical aptitude, and equipment troubleshooting skills. They should also possess people management experience, strong communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Improve team effectiveness through training, coaching, and daily activities to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure company policies are applied consistently and fairly, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment on the line(s).
- Provide technical support to employees to resolve quality and equipment issues.
- Participate in NCRs and CAPAs to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain facility and equipment compliance with GMP and 6S requirements.
- High School or equivalent education.
- Strong English, math, and communication skills.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience within a manufacturing operation, preferably in a GMP regulated environment.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
