Job Title: Integration Architect and Engineer
Job Summary:
Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Architect and Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data integration solutions using various technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain data integration architectures and roadmaps.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data integration and architecture.
- Proficiency in designing solutions using R/Python platforms, high-performance computing, dense data storage, and ETL data capabilities.
- Experience with Agile methodology and mindset.
- Strong command of data warehousing concepts, tools like Talend, Azure Synapse, ADLS, Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
- Experience with BI and analytics platforms including QlikSense and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in Life Sciences industry.
- Advanced Analytics experience.
