About the Role

We are looking for an experienced cook who can work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. The successful candidate will have excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine food portion sizes and costs
  2. Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  3. Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  4. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
  5. Prepare dishes for customers with dietary restrictions
  6. Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  7. Order supplies and equipment
  8. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  9. Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
