Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain pallets to ensure safe and secure transportation of goods
  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Pick orders and stock materials in a timely and accurate manner
  • Weigh materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Label and attach labels to goods as required
  • Wrap and pack goods for shipping and storage
  • Sort, crate, and stack goods to optimize storage space
  • Install, lash, and secure goods for transportation
  • Store cargo and materials in a safe and organized manner
  • Transport and distribute materials and goods to meet customer demands
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels
Work Environment

As a Material Handler, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and heavy lifting. You will be required to work in a physically demanding role, bending, crouching, and kneeling to perform tasks.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding role
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
