Hairstylist Job Description

At EUROCUTS, we are seeking a skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze hair and scalp conditions to determine the best course of treatment
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client preferences
  • Shampoo and condition hair
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise other hair stylists and staff
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties and maintain supplies
  • Greet and interact with clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
