Job Title: 310s Licensed Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 310s Licensed Technician to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and repair work on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet warranty requirements before performing repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Record and maintain accurate service and repair records.
Requirements:
  • Valid 310s License
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Kia
  • Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
