About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Creekside Kids Rainbow. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development Planning: Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to support their unique needs and abilities.
  • Program Development: Design and implement childcare programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in children.
  • Engagement and Activities: Plan and lead activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Guidance and Support: Assist children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors to ensure their needs are met.
  • Environment Maintenance: Create a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being and protects their physical and emotional security.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other early childhood educators and assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient childcare experience.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive health care plan.
  • Work Details: Permanent work term, 30-40 hours per week, with a focus on English language communication.
