Job Title: Support Counsellor

KSCS is seeking two highly skilled and experienced individuals to provide outreach support and counselling services to individuals, families, youth, and the elderly within the community.

Job Description Summary

Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, Secondary Prevention, the Support Counsellor will work collaboratively with community members to identify and address their unique needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counselling services to community members
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with hard-to-reach populations
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive support services
  • Conduct assessments and develop case plans to address client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counselling or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of community resources and services
