Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Coast Tire & Auto Service Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
