Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Field Technician to work on various projects, including landscape construction, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including skid steers, excavators, forklifts, backhoes, loaders, and sod strippers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and daily checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Work with project managers, trucking departments, and subcontractors to coordinate site timelines, deliveries, and obstacles.
  • Recognize and follow safe operating procedures and proper training on equipment.
  • Ability to operate company trucks with and without trailers, and demonstrate responsible driving practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in landscape construction, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Class 5 Driver's Licence and CSTS-2020 certification.
  • First Aid Certification and knowledge of basic pruning and plant material.
  • Previous experience with hardscape construction, including brick work and retaining walls.
  • Bend, rotate, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
