Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Resident Attendant to join our team at Cogir. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, well-being, safety, and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on their observations
  • In collaboration with different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity
  • Proactively assist and support residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations
Requirements
