Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in designing and architecting new systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop multi-tier web services.
- Develop and implement engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Partner with product management teams to collect requirements and describe software product features.
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering team management.
- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams.
- Experience in designing or architecting new systems and services.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
- Experience partnering with product management teams.
