We are seeking a Chief Financial Operations Coordinator for our client, a dynamic accounting firm based on Montreal's South Shore. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Managing customer bookkeeping using cloud-based software to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Completing GST/QST returns and individual and corporate tax returns with precision and attention to detail
  • Contributing to the development of a growing firm by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service

In order to excel in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken

Our client offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with flexible working hours and teleworking options available.
