Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Halifax Airport. As a Hotel Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Maid beds and change sheets to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests as required.
  • Stock linen closet to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to meet high standards.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely manner.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure guest comfort and hygiene.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
