Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at 2483386 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
