Job Title: Field Measurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Measurement Coordinator to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Fort St John, BC.

Job Summary:

The Field Measurement Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and measurement excellence in our operations. This includes providing technical support and input into the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and measurement excellence
  • Provide technical support and input into measurement system design, installation, maintenance, and optimization
  • Effectively communicate and prioritize activities regarding new and existing regulatory measurement requirements
  • Work with Operations to evaluate, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations to address measurement challenges
  • Work with key stakeholders to provide and maintain measurement schematics
  • Establish and maintain LGR (effluent) well testing scheduling/exemptions list and sample schedules
  • Validate and store calibration reports
  • Witness meter calibrations, proves, and water draws
  • Communicate to stakeholders of operational changes to ensure they are reflected on the measurement schematics
  • Support monthly/annual meter proves with vendors
Requirements:
  • Journeyman Instrument Tech
  • Field Operations experience is a definite asset
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of flow measuring equipment in liquid or gas mediums
  • Strong attention to detail, strong analytical aptitude, resourcefulness, and self-motivated
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates leadership competency and high organizational skills
  • Energetic, resilient, collaborative, and maintains highest standard of integrity
Physical Requirements:
  • Walking around oil and gas facilities
  • Standard office environment
  • Sitting for long periods of time and using computer
  • Regularly work on repetitive tasks
