Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Associate with Sales Expertise to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and meeting sales targets.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and making product recommendations.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, cheques, credit card payments, and automatic debit payments.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our supplement products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Maintaining Sales Records: Accurately record sales transactions, maintain inventory records, and perform data entry tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
