About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals.
  • Providing tailored mortgage advice that aligns with clients' financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in the mortgage industry, or a related field.
  • A strong commitment to trust development, client experience, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
