About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at PBC Solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in helping our teams fully embrace Agile values and apply Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile team meetings and ensure smooth workflow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile transformation
  • Coach teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity
  • Align and focus teams on program increment and iteration goals
  • Lead core SAFe Agile ceremonies
  • Utilize JIRA to manage and optimize workflows
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
  • Proficiency in using Jira or similar tools in Agile settings
