Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and penetrate new markets.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, and develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting and consultative strategies.
  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities to identify new potential customers.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Customer Support and Guidance: Understand customer needs and provide guidance on new and existing products, collaborate with customer service to follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
  • Promotional Programs and Sales Reporting: Execute promotional programs, achieve sales goals set by the Sales Manager, and generate sales reports to assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day HVAC strategies.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and functional English for daily interaction with our English-speaking clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC products and the industry.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers.
  • Natural Business Acumen: Natural business acumen with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to positively influence others.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve complex problems.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Diploma and/or Certification: Diploma and/or certification in building mechanics (an asset).
