Job Summary:

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including conveyor belts, shredders, and compressors.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance activities on all plant equipment.
  • Contribute to improving the maintenance system and associated procedures.
  • Ensure timely repair of equipment in any breakdown condition to minimize downtime.
  • Work independently and with others to solve mechanical and technical problems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • Millwright Certificate (433A).
  • Minimum three years experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

Working Conditions:

The manufacturing plant is not temperature controlled, and dust and high noise areas are present inside plant areas.
