Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Nomis Food Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to high standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in our operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
