We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Improvement Expert to join our team. As a key member of our ICHSC Team, you will be responsible for assessing organizations that offer community surgical and diagnostics services. This role requires a strong understanding of quality improvement principles, the healthcare system, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate self-assessments submitted by designated centers.
- Sample and shadow on-site inspections to ensure compliance with our assessment process.
- Provide guidance and support to assessors regarding program assessment content.
- Track feedback from internal and external stakeholders into organized documentation.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and product resources.
Key Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related field.
- 3+ years of clinical healthcare experience with a focus in diagnostic imaging services.
- Current Registration with Jurisdictional Regulatory Body.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
