Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs and illustrations for various projects
  • Collaborate with clients to determine design requirements and preferences
  • Estimate time to complete projects and manage deadlines
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment and coordinate production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look and feel of communications materials
  • Develop graphic elements that meet clients' objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
  • Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, database, animation, and other software
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of design principles and color theory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
