We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bigfoot Trading Company.
Job Summary:The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
- Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Operate a cash register, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
