Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled assistant waiter/waitress to join our team at Subway Deux Montagnes. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a clean dining environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
