Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
• Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
• Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
• Manage medications, narcotics, and other controlled substances in accordance with established protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others, respect resident autonomy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing long-term care facilities.
• Medical clearance, including TB tests, and a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
