We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at itec group, Inc. as a Heavy Industrial Mechanic. As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of mechanical principles, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
