Job Description

Harni Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Cleaning Service Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Budget and Inventory Control: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring effective promotion of our services.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
