Saw San Elzein is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to provide care and assistance to elderly and individuals with disabilities in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Launder clothing and household linens
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and dependability
Work Setting:
  • Work in employer's/client's home
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Repetitive tasks

Please note that this is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
