Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Corner Store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Authorize returns, manage sales volumes, and prepare reports on merchandising and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all sales floors, stockrooms, and break rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to sales associates, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: English.
