  • Design and implement machine learning and statistical models, focusing on LLMs.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data science, contributing to our ongoing innovation efforts.
  • Lead and mentor junior data scientists as the team grows.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in consulting or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLMs and other advanced machine learning models.
  • A strong academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
