Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Proven ability in an inside sale and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
- Quote Preparation: Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.
- Data Entry: Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
- Experience: 2 years' experience in a customer service, counter or inside sales role (preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of automotive/related industry, aptitude for learning/developing product knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn for enhanced customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. tires around as needed.
- Competitive Compensation: $27-$30 per hour.
