Job Summary

As a Senior Lead Architect in the Risk Architecture team at Royal Bank of Canada, you will have the opportunity to develop and socialize end-to-end solutions for regulatory and business initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to align with enterprise architecture, technology standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with technical teams, business partners, and 3rd parties to understand the current state and identify constraints in defining the target state architecture for applications and related interfaces.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with Enterprise architecture areas, Application Development, RBC business groups, Technology Infrastructure, and others.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to build architecture solution blueprints, 5-Year roadmaps, business capability models, technical design solutions, business architectures, and develop strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience working in credit risk systems and regulatory programs.
  • Experience in building data application systems and data pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of different architecture/design techniques, modern and legacy technology platforms, and data management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills, strong presentation skills, and ability to determine the information and communication needs of stakeholders and projects.
