Work Setting

You will work in a variety of settings, including apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. Your tasks will include:

  • Sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors
  • Operating industrial vacuum cleaners
  • Emptying trash cans and other waste containers
  • Washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Contacting contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Performing safety and security checks
  • Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
Security and Safety

You will be required to undergo a criminal record check and have a valid driver's license. You will also be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

Personal Suitability

We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and able to work independently. You will need to have good judgement and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
