Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Leader to join our team on an initial contract until December 2024, with the possibility of renewal. The role is currently hybrid, requiring presence in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of Gen AI.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive organizational change.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and support.
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform decision-making.
- Identify and address barriers to change to facilitate a seamless transition to AI-driven methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product/project management.
- 3-5 years of experience developing and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar groups.
- Proven experience in change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience analyzing data and developing dashboards.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Six Sigma or similar certification.
- GenAI experience or some exposure.
- Human-centered Design/Design thinking/Agile.
- Experience with modern engagement platforms.
