About the Role

This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our Toronto office will be determined with your manager based on business needs. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive the growth of our pharmaceutical business.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive consumer-directed marketing plans that align with our business' strategic objectives.
  • Execute with excellence across priority consumer initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver consumer campaigns that lead to customer satisfaction/trust and seek business opportunities.
  • Lead a growing consumer team over time, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, brand building, and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with brand team, communications, medical affairs, and market access teams to optimize product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage consumer marketing budgets and assess the effectiveness of consumer-directed marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
