Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WING N IT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent service.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience.
Asset Languages: Panjabi; Punjabi. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
