We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Thursday PT Casual Block Clerk. This role involves working on Thursdays from 9:15 am until the auction is completed, which usually takes around 4-6 hours.

Job Summary

The Thursday PT Casual Block Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of sale price and buyer information for vehicles sold during the auctions. This includes entering sale data into the LiveBlock system as requested by management.

Sales Support Responsibilities

  • Accurate recording of sale price and buyer information for vehicles sold during the auctions.
  • Enter sale data into the LiveBlock system as requested by management.
  • Perform all duties assigned by the Manager or designated manager.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain a good flow of communication with all auction personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • One (1) year of clerical experience with minimum intermediate computer skills and accurate data entry skills required.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to multitask.

Earning Opportunities

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $150 per day, paid on completion of the shift.

Transportation Requirements

All applicants must have their own reliable transportation to commute to the work site, as there is no bus service available.
