Mixology Specialist

Crest Hotel LP is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Serve food and snacks to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Advise guests on wine selection, providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections, taking into account guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
- Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, operating the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- As per collective agreement.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
