About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Garcha Bros. Meat Shop. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing meats for processing, cutting carcasses and sides, and preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare meats for processing
- Cut carcasses and sides
- Prepare special cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Make special sausages
- Prepare displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
Requirements:
