Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our Port Carling location for the 2025 summer season. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and promoting a fun and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales – provide excellent customer service, answer phones, welcome customers, and perform cash duties
  • Rentals – assist with directing rental customers
  • Merchandising and Inventory – receive shipments, stock, and maintain our store spaces
  • Customer Service – create an awesome experience and deliver excellent customer service
  • Fun – promote a fun and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail environment (ideal but attitude and enthusiasm count for a lot)
  • Knowledge and love of the outdoors, apparel, and gear with confidence to provide product knowledge to customers
  • Desire to go above and beyond with a can-do, enthusiastic, and team player attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an engaging and approachable personality
  • Experience with POS systems is an asset
