Job Summary

Nortera is seeking a Production Labourer to join our team. As a Production Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various labouring and elemental activities, including cleaning machines and immediate work areas, sorting, packing, and crating materials and products, and assisting machine operators and other workers.

Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work site environment includes odours, hot temperatures, cold/refrigerated temperatures, outdoors, at heights, and noisy conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and team player skills
