 Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

 Job Description

As an Agronomic Crop Specialist, you will be responsible for providing agronomically sound solutions to growers, conducting field demonstrations, and coordinating seasonal crop tours. You will also represent our brand at events and assist in announcing and deploying campaigns to distributors and key accounts.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. You should also have at least 2 years' experience in agriculture (i.e., farming and/or agronomy) and be proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and client management software (CRM).
