Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce platform and enhancing revenue operations to support sales and marketing teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced reporting and dashboard solutions to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to understand business requirements and translate them into integrated Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize the Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of sales and marketing teams, focusing on optimizing data management, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze data from disparate sources and develop strategies to integrate, cleanse, and standardize data within Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow that supports revenue operations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality within Salesforce and other CRM systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data used in strategic operations.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to sales and marketing teams, including training on new Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates, new tools, and industry best practices, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant, with a proven track record in Salesforce implementations and optimizations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and manipulation using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar; experience with data integration is highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
