Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Corporate Development Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our Finance and Strategic Innovation Team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and executing strategic projects aimed at driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop financial models and business plans for new initiatives.
  • Financial Modeling: Create dynamic financial models for potential growth opportunities and perform ad hoc financial analysis of the company's performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Evaluate growth opportunities with a view of value drivers, potential synergies, and upside opportunities, as well as identifying risks.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, outlining project findings, recommendations, and next steps, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CPA Designation: Possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation with 5+ years of proven operational experience.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with other departments.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Be highly adaptable and passionate about solving business problems from a financial and operational perspective.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Have a strong working knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn in-house computer programs.
