We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at MAC Labour LTD. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to facilitate safe and efficient construction processes.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
- Operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
- Assist in demolishing buildings, working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Experience in construction labouring is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
