About the Role

CDW is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Partner Development Specialist and Partner Business Manager in the management of the Microsoft partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with assigned partners to assist them in their business at CDW, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in managing vendor engagements, including creating program contracts, tracking funding, and working with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Secure and approve content for vendor partner activities, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Manage individual partner programs, such as sales incentives and activity fund claiming, to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute vendor engagements and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the coordination and execution of sales enablement and customer demand generation events, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure product information accuracy and oversee product information communication, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions while working independently.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills, with a focus on driving business results.
